Instructions
- Sauté garlic, add gochujang, stir 1 minute.
- Add broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Add mushrooms and cabbage. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add noodles and cook through.
- Crack in eggs. Cover until whites set.
- Serve topped with green onions and sesame oil.
Tips & Variations
