Instructions
- Cook spaghetti al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Slowly golden garlic in olive oil over medium-low heat.
- Add pepper flakes. Add drained pasta and pasta water. Toss vigorously.
- Finish with parsley and seasoning.
Tips & Variations
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet. Low-and-slow is the only way to cook the garlic — browned garlic will make the dish bitter, not sweet.
Add anchovy: Dissolve 2 anchovy fillets in the oil before adding garlic for extra umami depth.
